Pre-Construction

This is the time to make sure the right team is in place and legal agreements are in your favor. Selecting the team of architect, builder and interior designer who can work together to make your vision a reality happens here.

Construction

During this phase the various teams are working concurrently. Efficient coordination between the architect, builder and interior designer is critically important to ensure deadlines and budgets are on track.

Interior Finishes

This stage is where the details (or lack of attention to them) become the most challenging. Tensions run higher with pressure to meet deadlines and budgets become a reality.

Punch & Installation

Once construction advises completion, we step in with a thorough, intensive "blue tape" phase to insure that every square foot meets the highest quality standards.

Post-Installation

With everything in place, we conduct a complete inventory of the FF&E for insurance purposes, present a warranty catalog and schedule and take care of any unresolved issues.
